Frames are made from hardwood and kiln dried lumber. # All frames are constructed under our strict supervision. Frames are all double dowelled, glued, screwed and corner blocked. Sofa frames are all solid leg construction. # Showwood is made from hard maple and imported Italian walnut. Furniture wood is finished with a 10 step procedure, selecting high grade wood, hand wiped stain to the final 2 coats of lacquer. # Seating comfort is achieved by starting from the non-visible area to the consumer, Frames are sprung with no less than 8 gauge fatigue tested No Sag springs. There are 17 springs in a sofa, 12 in a loveseat and 5 in a chair. Decks are upholstered with white bonded sisal pad and two layers of felt padding.

Seat cushion inserts are either HR LUX or 2.25 polyurethane foam, wrapped in 7/8 polyester fiber.

Backs are sprung with 11 gauge springs for long lasting support and comfort, insulated with Typar lining. Camel backs are upholstered with layer of felt and 3 inch solid foam wrapped in polyester fiber. Semi-attached backs have a dracron cushion insert.

All sofas and loveseat come with two toss cushions and arm covers. Most chairs have self cover decks and arm covers.

Future Chair works in the tradition of bench work upholstery. Each piece is hand crafted by a highly trained upholster.
